Project 1. Operation Christmas Child
We have raised a total of $2,910 and school supplies for the OCC project. We have completed making 154 boxes of Operation Christmas Child to send away with the joy and the excitement. We are still collecting Christmas cards to include them by Nov.13th.
The final packing and drop off day is November 21st
Project 2. Food Drive for The House of Dorcas
We gladly accept any donation of non-perishable food. The following lists our top healthy and helpful donations for the YPN Food Drive. All food donations can be dropped off at the KCC at any time. (There will be a closed bin located outside of the KCC main entrance) We will support all of our donations to the women’s shelter for Korean-American domestic violence victims.
푸드 드라이브를 통해 모아진 음식과 기부금은 한인 이민여성 돌봄센터인 ‘도르가의 집’ (women’s shelter for Korean-American domestic violence victims)에 보낼 예정입니다. 쌀, 라면, 통조림 등의 음식과 휴지, 치약, 샴푸 등의 생필품을 기부받고 있습니다.
